I'm really excited for this weekend. I met up with the team to finalize and plan our trip. We are climbing Mt. Rainier via emmons glacier route. We will start at the trail head at 4400' then hike to camp schurman at 9400'. We will have a group meeting to see if everyone will be ready to summit that night. If everything is good, even the weather, we will leave camp around 12 midnight and go to the top! 14,411' We can expect temperatures to be around 0-10 degrees with winds from 25-35mph.....cold much?haha I will take as many pictures as I can. Wish us luck and safe climbing!
